Established in 1904 by William Percy McElhone MBE and Lord Mayor of Sydney the firm has carried on legal practice in the Sydney Central Business District for over 100 years. Our reputation has been built on providing high quality and personalised service to our clients at reasonable fees. We aim to build long term relationships with our clients, understand their business and personal requirements and supply practical and effective solutions to their issues. Being a small firm our clients deal directly with our senior lawyers Tim O'Brien and John Conlon. Tim is an experienced legal practitioner, a director of a Trustee Company and various other companies, and a member of the Compliance Committees for various Managed Investment Schemes and is actively involved in the day to day management of significant trust and estate funds. John is a highly regarded lawyer with many years experience in general practice. He has a strong network of contacts throughout the profession and community. Both Tim and John have extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing, all aspectsof property law, wills, trusts and Probate law and small business advisory work.
