Dimocks Family Lawyers was established in 2002 by Partner Chris Dimock as a boutique legal practice dedicated to family law. Chris has been practising family law exclusively since 1983. We provide sensible, effective and commercial solutions to legal issues arising out of marriage, de facto, same-sex and other types of relationship, including issues involving children. Wherever appropriate, our philosophy is to help you resolve matters without involving the courts. Our solicitors are also experienced court advocates, should you need representation in the Family Court or Federal Circuit Court.
