Litigant was started in September 2015 when founder Daniel Benjamin (Ben) Beukes brought his 13 years of litigation experience to bear on helping accomplished individuals, families and businesses understand and finalise their disputes. Mr Beukes realised that his former experience as a barrister at the NSW Bar, and past experience working in national and specialist boutique firms could help clients in Sydney more effectively meet their objectives of protecting their assets and prosecuting their rights. The firm focuses squarely on litigation (and does not act on transactions) by aiming to provide concrete, targeted and actionable legal advice and services. We aim to help aggrieved private, corporate and business clients handle litigation. To accomplish our clients' goals we focus on and pursue textbook principles for conducting litigation. Our Sydney lawyers aim to deliver considered legal options, solutions and strategies in a complex environment.
